One of our smaller projects we’ve just submitted into planning. Rethinking this semi detached house in Wadebridge, Cornwall. Our in house rendering and visualisation software, allows our clients to really visualise the proposed space.

The rear extensions to this property add a different contrast to the conventional style of the existing property. Using 2 different styles of cedar cladding, the main element is clad in charred cedar cladding, and the smaller raised element is clad with natural cedar but laid on a 45 degree angle, these angles are mirrored throughout the design. For example the 45 degree roof pitch and the feature balustrades linking the design together. We have positioned these 2 proposed volumes to react to the site levels, harness light and frame views onto the River Camel.
