Our latest plans for a complete refurbishment of this property. A major aim of this project was to increase the wow factor when approaching the property. Reimagining the entrance and external appearance of the property. The existing property had been altered over the years and had very few attractive qualities. The client approached us to come up with a scheme which turned their house from 'Ugly House to Lovely House', whilst trying to maximise their budget and improve the layout of the house.  

The introduction of a new front gable gives the property a 'grand' feel. The concrete tile roof has been replaced with natural slate, and the introduction of natural timber cladding injects some Cornish character into this property.
