We are pleased to introduce one of our latest projects- Conkers. This project proposes a complete retrofit, extension and refurbishment of a dated property in Wadebridge, Cornwall. A key aim of the project was to enhance light, and its lovely front and rear gardens. As well as completely changing the internal layout to create an open-plan living space with enough room for all the family. 

 

The concept was to utilise and enhance the existing space within the property and only extend the areas that really needed it. This has resulted in a proposal that has well-thought-out spaces, whilst also completely transforming the external appearance. 

 

We used our in-house rending software and geo-location tools to place the proposal within its surroundings to give our clients a clear picture of the property transformation we have created- see the images below.
